1. Agreement to these terms

This website, fpps.ai (the "site"), is operated by First Principles Professional Services Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("FPPS", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is — and is not

The site describes FPPS and the services we offer, including audit support, transaction advisory, and risk services for digital-asset businesses, and our platforms Coinfrs and FPA. Everything on the site is provided for general information only.

Nothing on the site constitutes professional advice of any kind — including audit, assurance, accounting, legal, tax, regulatory, or investment advice — and you should not rely on it as such. Browsing the site, contacting us, or booking a meeting does not create a client, engagement, or advisory relationship with FPPS. Any professional services we provide are governed exclusively by a separately signed engagement letter.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm the site or other people. In particular, you must not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected systems, or interfere with their operation;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the site by automated means;
• submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through the contact form; or
• use the site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to FPPS. The names and marks "FPPS", "First Principles Professional Services", "Coinfrs", and "FPA" belong to FPPS. You may view and print pages from the site for your own reference, but you may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the site without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The site contains links to third-party websites and services, such as our meeting-booking page hosted by Google, our LinkedIn profile, and coinfrs.com. These are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.
